Short video of my 2010 Genesis Day 01 60cm Reynolds 520 23lb 10.43kg SingleSpeed Cyclocross Bike which is listing on my ‘tomonamission’ UK eBay account This is my 2010 size 60cm Genesis Day 01 23lb 10.43kg single speed bike which I am reluctantly having to let go of due to my need to replace with a geared touring bike for a cycle trip I am planning. This bike is is in really very nice condition, its really clean and has been very well taken care of and maintained. It only has a few minor marks and paintwork chips. The wheels have recently been custom hand rebuilt with new high quality butted spokes by a quality local wheelbuilder. This means the wheels are a lot stronger than they were with their original standard non-butted spoke build. The upgrades and customisations I have made are: =Tifosi carbon fibre seatpost =Specialized Pro Body Geometry saddle =Specialized Pro Borough CX Armadillo folding tyres for reduced rolling weight and improved speed and handling for road and trail =Atomlab flat platform pedals for casual step on/off (although the buyer may prefer to run clipless pedals on this bike) =Shimano Deore V brake levers which improve braking modulation and performance This is a seriously light and fast singlespeed. The bike has a flip flop Genesis r/hub so you have the option to ride fixie but I have only used the bike with the freewheel side of the hub.
